Caratteristiche costruttive
The monoblock is constructed from either AISI 304/316 stainless steel or, upon request, hot-dip galvanized steel with PVC reinforcement on parts in contact with the effluent. To provide additional protection against potential corrosion, compartments in contact with water can be treated with special anti-corrosive coatings.
The entire system is controlled by an electrical panel with a control panel equipped with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), which programmatically manages the entire purification system in synergy.
The novelty of the system lies in its easy versatility, ensuring effluent quality compliance with D.L. 152/06 Attachment 5 Table 3, even with fluctuating water characteristics.
The module contains various process tanks and is entirely manufactured and tested in the workshop.
